How to do when receive the parcel

The weight of parcel is about 0.35kg~~0.7kg for one phone ,on the parcel lable, there is a Declared weight, this is not real parcel weight, if you need real parcel weight, please ask us .we will show you the real parcel weight.if you find that the parcel has any problem ,(such as looks like has been opened )before you open the parcel, please make a video to as the proof of compensation.
please open the parcel in post office, and make the video at the same time .If the parcel damaged or empty (stolen), please ask the post office to provide official document, especially the claim request paper
2. Please do not update the Android system of the phone,because after the system updated,the multi language and google play store may be erased,this is very important,please pay attention.if you update it that bring the trouble,we not accept any update dispute.
About the Return and Refund

About warranty
1.Every phone before we send it out , we will test and check the phone.
2.we suggest you buy local warranty which provide by Aliexpress in your local country, which is cheaper and more convenient.
3.If there is no local warranty in your country, or you do not want to buy local warranty, do not worry, we provide one year warranty for cellphone.
4.One-year Store warranty(China Warranty Service only) or one-year Aliexpress warranty(Local Warranty Service, you could buy it when you make an order) .But excludes accessories.
Artificial damages (including screen dropped, or broken motherboard, scratched,free gifts and some other problems incurs by abused etc) is out of warranty. Customer need to pay freight and

Will my items be sent in one package?

Order cancellation
